Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using redcityrides.com or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. RedCity Rides reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Services

RedCity Rides provides private airport transfers, city transfers, day trips, excursions and multi-day packages in Morocco, primarily from Marrakech. All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.

3. Bookings & payment

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment (card via Stripe) or a cash arrangement is agreed.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of driver and vehicle. Entry tickets, meals and personal expenses are not included unless stated.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card data.
  • "Pay on arrival" bookings are held provisionally and confirmed by our team via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

4. Cancellation & refunds

  • More than 48 hours before departure: full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather, safety concerns or force majeure. In such cases a full refund is issued.

5. Modifications

Changes to bookings (date, time, service) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Contact us via WhatsApp or email.

6. Client responsibilities

  • Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
  • Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses.
  • Ensure the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle capacity.
  • Comply with Moroccan laws and respect local customs.

7. Liability

RedCity Rides is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes or factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We carry passenger insurance in accordance with Moroccan regulations.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to RedCity Rides or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
